Poultry farm Zivinokomerc AD Stip

The Poultry farm Zivinokomerc AD Stip is registered as a joint stock company on 13.06.2001 under Trade register number 536/2001.

The Company exists since 1970, as a part of the former Combinative ZIK Crvena Zvezda Stip, which has been working since 1970.

The Poultry farm Zivinokomerc AD Stip, through its establishment, went through several transformations, pre-registrations while it was finally established as AD Poultry farm Zivinokomerc AD Stip.

The main activity is production of consummating eggs, one-day female chickens, young chickens, broilers and others.

The Poultry farm Zivinokomerc AD Stip is located on the road Stip-Radovis, on Ribnik street nn.

The Repro-center in Kriva Palanka, villages Psaca and Ginovci, also belongs to the Poultry farm Zivinokomerc AD Stip.

The existing capacities of the Poultry farm Zivinokomerc AD Stip are:

a) The capacity in Stip, on Ribnik street nn.

• 137.000 layers for consummating eggs in 6 objects located in Stip
  
• 3 objects x 22500 poultry
  
• 3 objects x 23400 poultry

b) A sorter for sorting consummating eggs

• 4 objects (cage system for 72.156 young chickens)
  
• a repro-center Kriva Palanka for production of parent pairs, production of one-day female chickens for young chickens.

v) in village Ginovci ( parent flock)

• 80.000 parents in 16 objects
  
• incubator's station for 12.000.000 numbers

This object consists of a managerial building, overhang, power station, sheepfolds, water tower and building for gas installation.
All these are located on the area of approximately fifty acres.
The objects for poultry breeding are set out in four groups of 4 objects each, equally separated from each other.

The first group, the halls 1,2,3 and 4 are made with flat floor and serve for receipt of chickens and their breeding up to the eight-week.

The second, third and fourth groups, halls 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 ,11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 are made with grating floor and garbage channel, and they serve for acceptance of chickens from the first group after the eight-week. They stay there until the end of exploitation.

All objects are equipped with a ventilation system, power supply system, while only fourteen objects have a feeding system.
The overhang object serves for keeping of rice husk and spare parts.

Useful area of one poultry object is 984 m² or 82 x 12 m.
The feeding area in one object is 64800 m³. The power supply system consists of 72 automatic waterholes with circuit of 120 m² or cubic area of 8640. The ventilation system consists of 20 ventilators. Each object has 1120 nests. The capacity of each poultry object is 4500 hens and 500 cocks.

At the beginning of each object there is a pre-space for the automatics of the feeding system, power supply and lighting and a place for keeping the collected eggs. In front of each object there is a food granary.

The managerial building has 4 offices, two locker rooms, a dining room, a kitchen, two warehouses, a cellar and a toilet. The water tower is placed on the top of the farm and serves for drinking water and the poultry watering.

The sheepfolds are separated from the objects in the lower part of the farm, and they are only bricklaying and covered.

g) Offspring - in village Psaca

These are rented and made for breeding broilers.
In the Poultry farm Zivinokomerc AD Stip, there is a vehicle fleet with vehicles for concentrate, for one-day female chickens, for eggs transport, for transport of employees and other vehicles.

The managerial building consists of 5 offices, two locker rooms, warehouse and sanitation. The hangover is made of solid construction and serves for keeping of rice husk and spare parts for the objects. The objects are set in three groups of four halls to each one. The halls are with flat floor and used for breeding of young chickens and broilers.

In the object's area of 84 x 12, of 984 km² can be bred 12000 young chickens or 14000 broilers. The total capacity is 360 000 young chickens or broilers, 168 000 numbers for 5 turnuses per year is 840 000 broilers.

The halls are equipped with a feeding system, power supply and ventilation systems.

The feeding system in halls 17 and 18 is also new, with steel spiral and in the other 10 objects the feeding is performed by tube-system. These objects are equipped with 360 feeders and 180 waterholes. Each object has 84 bulb points and 20 ventilators, manipulative space with food baskets, water medicates and electric cables.

Since 2002, the shops have been rented to the Cesar commerce company DOOEL-Stip, founded by the Poultry farm Zivinokomerc AD Stip with a foundation investment.
Thre are 67 employees working in the Poultry farm Zivinokomerc AD Stip. They own 1.81 % of the Company's shares.

The Poultry farm Zivinokomerc AD Stip produces consummating eggs for the Macedonian market, having obtained parent pairs' hybrid ISA BROWN.

The repro-center in Kriva Palanka will start the exploitation of 8 m in 2002, upon which the one-day female chickens will be produced for young chickens for our Company, for AD Crveni Bregovi, Gica from Ohrid and other farms in Macedonia.
The objects in Psaca are rented to Pilko from Skopje, which breeds broiler chickens for the Macedonian market.

The supply of the concentrate is realized only from AD Zito Vardar-Veles.
