Pig farm Vineam AD Vinica

The Company works as a separate legal subject, as a firm daughter in the system of Zito Vardar AD Veles.

The Company's ownership structure is as following: 98,5 % of the shares in ownership of Zito Vardar AD Veles, 1,5 % of the shares in ownership of the Company's employees.

The location of production facilities and the managerial building is nearby the village Peklani, Community of Vinica.

The Company has been registered in the beginning of 2002, originating from the former Agricultural-industrial Combinative Bregalnica - Vinica, upon the basis of the previously adopted Reorganization and financial consolidation Program.

There are 36 employees in the Company with the following qualifications - University degree 5, Higher education 1, High school 8, high qualified -, qualified 3, half-qualified -, low-qualified 19.

The Company's managerial team consists of the Company's director, the reproduction manager and the breeding manager, then the competent manager for maintenance, the competent manager for financial and accounting matters and the competent manager for commercial function. The employees for these job positions have many years of working experience in the work performed in the Company. The main Company's activity is the production of bred pigs.

The basic task for the following period shall be: reconstructions of facilities and equipment, the enlarged production of bred pigs and formation of quality and enlarged parent herd for providing of conditions for a complete exploitation of the production capacity.
The pig's sale, in great part, shall be realized through Zito Vardar AD Veles, and the smaller part - 20% shall be realized in the local region for satisfying of the local market's needs (small private butchers).

Aims:

• Production and sale of approximately 10 000 quality bred pigs in the following year;
  
• Production of an enlarged and quality parent herd;
  
• Enlarged production of bred pigs for sale in the following years;
  
• Improvement of the qualitative factors in the pigs' production.
  (selection in quality, enlarged conception, increase in the number of small pigs upon the mothers, mortal decrease in all production phases, expenditure decrease of fodder up to 1 kg, overgrowth, decrease of other charges upon one product).

B. Workers

For the production process on the farm 34 persons shall be engaged, 26 of whom in the immediate production, and the rest in realization of financial-accounting, commercial and administrative matters.

V. Raw materials
The basic raw material in pigs' production is the fodder, which is completely provided by Zito Vardar AD Veles.
