Work unit Bakery
The work unit Bakery has at its disposal an automatic bakery for
the most contemporary bread production. There are two lines of bread
with a capacity of 1200 pieces per hour. The both lines produce
the basic types of bread: T-500 of 600 grams and T-850 of 600 grams.
In 1997, a new plant for pastry and special types of bread was
built in the structure of WU Bakery, with an ideal hygiene and technological
conditions for productions, where all recipes provided by the consumer
can be used with no problem.
The bread is made with flour from the mill of Zito Vardar AD, which
suits the standards of the baked products.
We produce special types of bread, with biological and health value,
prolonged freshness, taste and aroma, characteristic for products
as these types of special breads, such as:
- a bread of integral flour, milled at our mill from a whole
wheat grain,
- a bread of rye flour, from a whole rye grain,
- a diet bread, produced under codes and attests examined in the
German nutrition institute, which is most recommended for diabetics.
- a gastro-bread, which consists of T-850 flour enriched by linseed,
Soya and additive,
- a protein bread with biological values of seeds of wheat, oat,
rye flours, whole grain of sesame, sunflower, Soya, gluten, additive
and others,
- home made bread, manual and other types.
All these compounds for special breads can be used in making different
types of pastry with different weight, such as 0.025 kg, 0.050 kg
and 0.080 kg or by the consumer's wish.
In the new pastry plant we produce different products, such as:
milk pastry, leafy yeasty pastry, leafy, but no yeasty, pastry,
rich pastry, burek (type of pie), different kinds of cakes etc.
In 1988, a new laboratory, with most contemporary apparatuses,
was opened for analysis of the raw material to the final product,
in accordance to the Rules book for nutritious products of the Republic
of Macedonia, which will have a significant role in the success
and the quality of the work unit Bakery.
In WU Bakery the following services are provided: meat roasting,
preparation of small pastry and cakes for cocktails.
We also have different types of special unleavened cakes for different
occasions, weddings, baptisms, domestic holidays, etc.
There is a large choice of cakes -for wedding, birthday and other
occasions.
